190: HOW TO CREATE HEALTHY HABITS AND GET YOU ORGANIZED IN THE KITCHEN. TIPS TO SAVE YOU TIME, MONE
Today I am switching things
up a bit. I am sharing some time, energy and money saving tips when it comes to
being healthy, especially during a crazy busy week and/or when you’re traveling.
I am in the middle of a big launch (Leverage Your LinkedIn. The Masterclass) and the only thing that keeps me focused and on my toes is being organized with my food so that I am consistently feeding it the fuel it needs and of course healing it at the same time.
I also brought my iced coffee and protein shakes on a recent trip so tune in to hear how I saved $100 and again my time and energy. Organization is key my friend!
