In this video I show you what I eat in a day to lose fat. I've recently went up to 1800 calories, which is a calorie deficit, in order to lose fat and gain muscle. If you have been following me for a while, you know I used to be on the Keto diet, which was amazing. Life after Keto has been great and I'm glad I can share my journey with you.
