7lbs down in 20 days! easy recipes that help you lose fat and keep you full for hours!
hope you guys enjoyed this very straight-to-the-point way of filming and editing i did - let me know if you want to see more :)

ps. this was a more lazy/easy what i eat in a day - note all the easy protein involved recipes (but hey - its a good life hack to get your protein in and stay full longer while satisfying your cravings... i'm a huge sweet's and ice cream lover)!

*LIST OF FOODS/RECIPES/MACROS*

[pre-game iced coffee]
- black coffee (chilled)
- ice
- 2 tbsp milk (i used unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1-2 tbsp skinny syrup no sugar vanilla syrup
- cinnamon to top
total cal's: 10
total net carb's: 0g

[breakfast]
waffles;
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp milk (i used unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
toppings;
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp frozen cool whip
- lilys dark chocolate no sugar chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp frozen heavy whipping cream
- sugar free maple syrup
- scrambled egg on side w/ cinnamon
total cal's: 436
total net carb's: 4g

[lunch - protein shake]
- 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk (i used unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1/4 avocado (to make it creamy... you can't taste it, i promise)
- 25 lily's dark sugar free chocolate chips
total cal's: 210
total net carb's: 4g

[dinner - lettuce burger and salad]
- 1 sirloin beef patty
- 2 cups romaine lettuce + 2 leafs for the bun
- 1 slice bacon
- 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
- 1 pickle
- 1/2 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp balsamic salad dressing
- 1/4 avocado
total cal's: 746
total net carb's: 8g

[dessert - jello sundae]
- 1/2 cup sugar free jello (made with stevia)
- 1-2tbsp cool whip (or frozen heavy whipping cream to reduce carbs)
- lilys dark sugar free chocolate chips
total cal's: 36
total net carb's: 2g

TOTAL MACROS
calories: 1436
net carbs: 18g

EXERCISE
-444 calories

= 992 total calories
(i accidentally added 2 entries for my cycling on the carb manager app... i only did 25 mins - not 50 LOL.. i don't have that much willpower).
